When I broke camp the other week at the urban campground and put the Windy back in covered storage, I noted that the jacks wouldn't completely retract. Had to listen to BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP for miles.
Today I took a broom handle to the offending jacks and they raised right on up. Tested 'em by lowering 'em down again and they then retracted without any more complaint. That isn't in the owner's manual!
A little blog about a motoryhome. One may work hard for a living, but one does have to get outta the house now and then. When the family and I travel, we use the motoryhome. So, enjoy a few pictures from the travels. And you try to get out more! Sit back with yer favorite brew, take off yer boots and be sure to click on the pictures to enlarge them for your enjoyment!

Brenham in the Springtime
The law southeast of the Brazos.
Le Fleurs. Bloobonnets!
A pleasant day for a drive amongst the Bloobonnets.
Ol' houses in Chappell Hill.
A store for us tourists.
Contented cows. At least for now.
A cotton gin. I have no idea what cotton has to do with gin.
A comfy room at the Brenham Holiday Inn Express. We got an upgrade since our room wasn't ready. Sometimes it pays to arrive early!
These guys were more contented after we left.
The Antique Rose Emporium in Independence.
The yellow brick road.
They let the old folks out today.
Hay St. Louis, we got an arch, too!
Roses and other plants for sale in the countryside.
After driving thru all the Bloobonnets, it was time for a picnic lunch at Washington on the Brazos State Park. Here's a picture of the Brazos River in the distance.
