Headin' Back To DenBRRRRR

We left Galveston and spent a nite in an Oklahoma rest stop. Second nite was at this snowy KOA in Salina, KS. A nice place to stay. Lots of trees and prairie nearby.

 Driving I-70 in Kansas.

I forgot that many Kansas rest stops have nice areas for RVs to stop for a spell. I assume overnite only, but nice facilities are available, separate from the trucks idling all nite!

We arrived at TEH CONDOH in Denver a few hours ago. Naturally, it's warm and sunny. Exactly the weather we didn't have on our month trip. Hmm....

Magic Cruise Part Two

Yes, thazza Celebrity ship in drydock!

After Key West, we visited Freeport. We stayed on the bote and watched the happenings in the harbor. And enjoyed a less crowded Magic!

Next up, in the early mornin' distance is Nassau.

Uh oh, did the trainee just get bamboozled by that driver?

This fellah fixed up some mighty fine guacamole dip!

Some strange goings on at Senor Frogs.

 Atlantis looks nice.

 What chu lookin' at?

For some reason there was a Cat In The Hat.

Country music trivia. I don't do country music.

Puttering along on the way back to Galveston.

 Beer 'n ball!

 Last nite on da bote.

 Hard, cold rain!

Whatta dank morning...

Magic Cruise Part One

While down in Galveston, we took a return cruise on the Carnival Magic. A fine bote!

Paid a little extra to park teh WINDY and teh TRIBBY at the port.

We got to the lot early, so hung around in the motoryhome for a while.

Soon we were onboard, relaxin' in the lobby o' the bote.

 A liddle wine...

Watched the dock activities from our Cove cabin.

The Galveston Webcam Guy caught SHE™ and me as the bote headed out!

 And we're off!

 Galveston recedes into the distance.

The port wants their pilot back.

 Really nice sunset, idn't it?

A Cove Cabin is a balcony cabin close to the water. Really close to the water!

 Brought some friends along.

The chill weather followed us down from DenBRRRRRRR.

Oh look, an old friend docked in Key West. It'sa nice bote!

 Condohs at Key West.

 The Magic at the dock.

 I took an artsy-fartsy picture!

Some souvenirs left at the original Sloppy Joe's Bar...
